AGM & Annual Dinner - Tuesday 30th April 2019

The AGM and Annual Dinner will be held on the same evening this year, Tuesday 30th April 2019.

The evening will start at 7.45pm with the AGM and a buffet will follow.  The buffet is £15/head.

Trophies and certificates for the season will be presented after the meal.

Please fill out the attached form if you are planning to stay for the meal.  Some of you will already have been given a copy of the form and I will bring along a few extra copies on Tuesday.

The club's 71st AGM will be held on Tuesday 30th April 2019, starting at 7.45pm.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS 15 MINUTES EARLIER THAN OUR USUAL STARET.

I would like to thank everyone who attended the AGM/dinner/awards night which I think went very well. As usual the buffet was excellent and the company wasn't too bad either.

A special mention to our treasurer, secretary and sometimes quiz master who put most of the planning into the event. Thank you Chris.

The trophies will be engraved over the summer break and returned to their guardians at the beginning of next season.

I look forward to seeing any Forum Challenge images, today starts with architecture and/or landscape. Keep a lookout for any trips or walkabouts on the forum. Please post anything interesting that's worth sharing or going to.

I fully agree with Alan.  It was an excellent evening rounded off with Alan's trophy presentation show which was as good as some cabaret acts I have seen.  A lot of preparation goes into preparing the certificates and trophies and a big thank you goes to Alan for this.
