EPSOM R2880 Printer

Chris Sawyer
Someone has contacted the club offering a second-hand A3 printer.  He described it as follows:

"I have an Epson R2880 printer which I've hardly used. It’s been sitting in my office for the last 4 years so might have blocked inkjets which should be easily solved. It hasn’t got a full compliment of ink cartridges so I can't test it. Anyway I’m sure it would work fine with a bit of TLC.

I am open to offers. It is as far as I know in good condition and hardly used, but has lain dormant for 2- 3 years. I would be happy for someone to pick it up and after having it checked out, pay whatever is fair given the condition once examined."

Please let me know if you are interested in the printer and I will put you in touch.

As I have not had any response in the last 24 hours, I am planning to take a step into home printing (gulp!) and make an offer for the A3 printer myself.  Look out for over-saturated and unnatural colours and muddy greys in my prints next season!

IT'S BACK ON THE MARKET...

I have decided not to bid for the Epsom A3 printer after all.  I made 12 prints last years, so I thought it's not worth the time & money for me.

I will keep the offer open until Friday 6th July if anyone is interested.
