I thought these heart shaped petals on a dark background are like a metaphor for the brave NHS staff.  They give us all hope in these dark times.

Both these have repetitive heart shapes that form the bigger heart, as you say Philip the many make the big heart, the NHS.

Anyone fancy trying abstract hearts?
