We have received the following message from the KCPA:
Dear Club Secretary.
At a recent meeting of the KCPA Committee, it was decided that all
KCPA competitions or meetings are to be cancelled until further
notice.
While it is very unfortunate that this decision had to be made it was
necessary due to the Covid 19 situation, and rules relating to large
gatherings. I am sure you will understand that the most important
factor in our decision is the safety of our members.
The following events will not take place this year:
AGM.
KCPA Exhibition.
Audio Visual competition October.
Ross Cup 14th November.
Delegates meeting 28th November.
We will reassess the situation after Christmas, and advise you further
at that time.
I hope you and your Club Members are all safe and well and thank you
in advance for your understanding of this matter. Should your club
require any assistance with anything please don’t hesitate to get in
touch with the KCPA committee.
