KCPA Ross Cup - 25th October 2025

OPS has entered the KCPA Ross Cup 2025.  This will be held on 25th October 2025.

8 prints have been selected to compete for the club.  I will reveal our entry next Tuesday (16th Sept).

These are the prizes we are competing for:

1) Overall Ross Cup Competition winners (for best club).

2) The Premier Award Certificate and The Mick Smithson Shield for the best single print.

3) The Lakeland Holidays Landscape trophy for the best landscape print.

4) Trophy for the Most Improved club (last year OPS finished 17th out of 24 clubs).

5) Up to Merit Awards for commended prints.

Dear Club Secretaries.

ROSS CUP 2025 : Final reminder

Please can you share this email and attached poster with all your club members.

The annual KCPA inter-club print competition, the Ross Cup, will be held  at Ditton Community Centre on Saturday 25th October 2025. Doors open at 1pm and the event will last until approx. 5.30pm.

The admission charge is £5 cash on the door.

At all our Ross Cup Event’s we ask our Judge to comment on the highest scoring image each club.

Come along you may even hear one of your own images being commented on.
 
Whether or not your clubs has entered this year’s competition, do come along on Saturday, It will be a great opportunity to look around the display boards and see each clubs 8 printed images on show.

Then sit and listen to our Judge Roy Essery MPAGB comment on 1 image per club plus the award winners.

It is also a great day for meeting up with fellow camera club members.

The KCPA Committee look forward to seeing you all at this prestigious event in the KCPA Calendar.
