Malcolm has extended the deadline for entries to 21:00 on Thursday (3/4). Images received after that will not be included.
The Exhibition volunteer forms will be available until 8 April after which the Committee will decide if there are enough volunteers to run the Exhibition.

The "Summer Challenge" is described in this Forum.
Please add your name to the list of volunteers to put up, take down and steward the Annual Exhibition. The list is on the Noticeboard which is displayed on Tuesday evenings.The next Committee meeting is 10 April at which time the list of volunteers will be reviewed and a view taken as to whether there are enough people to do the necessary work.

March 25 is Members presenting their specialist work. We need 2 or 3 volunteers for that evening.
Our AGM is just over 1 month away. Please think about who you would like to be on the Committee.

Next week is "Travels with my duck". Limit is 6 pdis per person. Please bring reserves which may be shown if we have time.
Also next week - slides and mono prints for competition 3.

As we have seen, some of us are very adept at manipulating and combining images. Please be reminded/aware that in all of our competitions all components of an image must be the work of the author. If you saw my "Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy" year image last year you might recall that I said it would not be allowed in competition as the pic of the MI6 building was borrowed from the internet.
Entries for Colour Print internal competition heat 3 are due next Tuesday (4 March).
Cup holders from last season - it's time to dig them out and clean them as they will need to be returned soon.
David Grimwade's coffee morning will be on 24 May. Details to follow.

Exhibition Entries must be submitted no later than 25 Feb. No late entries as our schedule is even tighter than usual. Usual rules apply to formats of all images. Address for PDIs is as in Competition Rules. Please write your name and any distinctions on the entry form. Entry form to be handed to Chris Sawyer with fee attached.
Colour Print 3 entries are deferred by 1 week to 4 March.
The TEA ROTA is looking bare. No volunteers means no tea other then for judges/speakers.
