Post Christmas outing in London

Hi,

Trying to gauge interest and agree some potential dates. Who would be interested in a post Christmas outing, to the City of London or other central London location in December?

I've checked the trains, looks like just Victoria station closed, other lines running normally. Potential dates:
Thursday 28th December, Friday 29th December, Saturday 30th December. You should be able to vote in the poll below.

Any suggestions of where to visit are welcome. I keep trying for tickets to Horizon 22, but have had no luck so far.
Which dates
You can select up to 3 options.
This poll is closed.

Hi,

A few more details.
Let's meet at Blackfriars station at 10:30am, Orpington trains to Victoria will be diverted here.

Was thinking of going around the Fleet Street quarter, the Walking with Snowmen street art inspires.

We'll find somewhere for a spot of lunch, there's a Wetherspoons in Chancery lane ;)

Any suggestions of sights in the area welcome.

Walking with the Snowmen looks like good fun.  Hopefully they will lead us to the Weatherspoons pub.

Peter,

Friday 29th December.

Chris,

I'm thinking we finish at the Sir John Old castle Wetherspoons in Farringdon, a short walk from Farringdon station, easier to get home from.

Many thanks to Ian for organising our wander around the streets of London yesterday (mainly Fleet Street).   Here's a few images from the trip...

Hi,

It was a fun outing, discovered a few places in London I did not know where there (Rolls building and Doctor Johnson's house stand out) and walked 12Km.

A few photos:

The complete set of 12 snowmen.
