Print Storage Boxes

I am organising the purchase of some Print Storage Boxes from G W Digital Photography in South Wales. If I can get 10 boxes ordered we will not have pay for P&P.

The following items are available:


Transit Carry Case.
Available in black resin boxboard, with leather grain finish, or high grade blue boxboard, with a smooth finish. Both have hinged lids with locking clips and handle placed centrally on lid.
Prints are 'loaded' from the top and placed on long edge.

Wide 535mm x 180mm x 430mm         £29.00
Narrow 535mm x 102mm x 430mm      £27.00
 



Mailing Box.
Black resin boxboard, leather grain finish, full depth lid with two webbing straps and cross strap carry handles.
Prints are placed in flat.

Deep 535mm x 430mm x 100mm         £25.50

A plain Mailing Box in Black is available at the same size but without the straps at £22.00




Carry Folder.
Available in painted black leather grain finish,  or high grade blue boxboard, with a smooth finish. Both have a carry handle and two turnlock clips.
Prints are placed in flat.

Size 535mm x 425mm x 45mm         £18.50




Carry Case Suitcase.
Similar to, but much larger than the carry folder, the carry case is available in painted black leather grain finish, or high grade blue boxboard, with a smooth finish, both have hinged lids with a carry handle and locking clips.
Prints placed in flat.

There is currently at least a 2 week hold up on these items

I would like to make an order asap so if you're interested please let me know what you are wanting. I believe I may have pre-orders for 6 items so far. Once I have 10 I may stop this offer or arrange P&P to be divided amongst those on a second order. Normal P&P is £6 for 1 item, £8 for 2 or 3 items and £12 for 4 to 9.

Thank you for your orders.

As mentioned the Carry Case Suitcase are on wait order, I was told 2 weeks. I will arrange all of the cases to be sent together to keep the P&P to zero.

Barry can you say what you want or shall I pick one for you?

At the moment it looks like we have 8 cases required (including my own & Barry) so we may need to wait a little while or we will need to share the cost. As it stands that would be £1.50 per item.

I will make an announcement on Tuesday to see if anyone else wants to buy one.

Have you looked at Nomad? Most clubs use their boxes to store and transport. The cost of the boxes comes down the more you order.

I did look at the ‘traditional’ box supplier but a number of members liked the change in colour/style/etc of these ones. Nomad don’t, unless special order, do these styles or larger sizes and they always charge £12 p&p even for one box. The discount Nomad gives for orders over 10 amounts to getting the handles free which are an addition to the published price.

The difference in quality is unknown as I don’t own either but from the images they look just what I need for personal storage, I guess others who have made provisional orders agree.

To all who have made orders:

I will make an announcement tonight to try and get the last 2 boxes needed to reduce the p&p cost. I will not need payment yet as the order hasn’t been made.
