The journey to Selsdon on Monday night included three floods, two trees down and several near misses in trying to find the location in the wind & rain - with arrival one minute before the start of the evening.
First up for the evening was the DPI images from Beckenham, Carshalton, Greenwood and South London plus OPS.
Results were 1st Beckenham with 73 points and three images having certificates and 9.5 - 10 marks and were well ahead of the competition.
2nd was Carshalton with 68, South London 66, Orpington, 65.5 and Greenwood with 59.5
The next competition (Mono Print) was a lot closer contested
We managed to obtain 67.5 points compared to the winners who were again Beckenham with 68.5 followed by Aperture Woolwich with 61.5
OPS obtained certificates for David B 'Eileen Donan' Ron Stubbings 'Flauberts' and John Aleeson ' Matterhorn' with 9.5 points the only other Certificate going to Beckenham - so we were very close in moving onto the Plate final
