George that rule is for our ‘in-house’ comps. The SLF is external so as long as they haven’t seen an image before you can use it.

Does this mean we cannot re-use images that we have put in for a PDI, Colour or a Mono Competition for instance?

Do they have to be completly new images?

SLF Finals day is 21 April. Any prints submitted in open competitions will not be available from 20 February to April 24. If you plan to enter a prints in OPS Finals and SLF open competitions you will need to make duplicate copies.

I have searched around and cannot find the naming convention for the PDIs for the Finals Day (for both prints and PDIs).

Last year it was 'Title_Orpington PS' (according to my records)

Is this the same this year?

The naming convention this year is that there is no convention. This means that Richard has even more work to do! All you need to do is to make sure that your PDIs have a name. RW has to provide your name to PhotoEntry.
