We are in need of some additional volunteers to help make the day a success.
In particular, we need some muscle power to help us transport Beckenham's display boards from St. John's Church, Eden Park Av to/from our new venue at Trinity school. We have a van, but need an extra helper to load it at 9:30am and 3 volunteers to help return the boards at the end of the day.

With the change of venue this year we have a number of unknowns to contend with but, as always, it's a case of 'many hands make light work', so do help us if you can.
