SLF competitions 2016/2017

A message from Gill Peachey...

 Time for a pre-Christmas round-up of this season's competitions:

All first round competitions have now been completed.

The results and Semi-Final/Plate fixtures are detailed on the Competitions Page of the SLF website at:
http://www.fslps.org.uk/Competitions/2016-17/Comps2016.htm#CPS

The competitions in the New Year are as follows:

Semi-Final A
at Selsdon CC on Fri 20th Jan; Judge: Paul Adams DPAGB              ***note early date!***
Mono Prints:   Bromley                  v     West Wickham
Colour Prints:  Old Coulsdon          v     West Wickham
PDIs:             Orpington                v     West Wickham (a busy night for WWPS!)

Semi-Final B
at Mitcham CC on Wed 8th Feb; Judge: Jay Charnock FRPS
Mono Prints:   Orpington               v    Old Coulsdon
Colour Prints:  Beckenham           v     Carshalton
PDIs:             Beckenham            v    Old Coulsdon

Plate 1
at Old Coulsdon CC on Tue 17th Jan; Judge: Monica Weller FRPS     ***note early date!***
Mono Prints:   Aperture Woolwich v Carshalton v Mitcham v Selsdon
Colour Prints: Aperture Woolwich v Bromley v Mitcham v South London

Plate 2
at Croydon CC on Wed 25th Jan; Judge: Marcus Scott-Taggart          ***note early date!***
Mono Prints:     Beckenham v Croydon v South London
PDIs:               Aperture Woolwich v Bromley v Croydon v South London

Plate 3
at West Wickham PS on Tue 24th Jan; Judge: Steve Lawrenson ARPS DPAGB    ***note early date!***
Colour Prints:   Croydon v Greenwood v Orpington v Selsdon
PDIs:               Carshalton v Greenwood v Mitcham v Selsdon

Please make sure that your members are aware of these dates.

As always, host clubs should remind all participating clubs about the competition at least  4 weeks before the event. Your print titles & PDIs must get to the host club at least  2 weeks before the competition. Note: There are 4 competitions in January, please make sure your panels are ready to avoid delay.
