Alan,
I saw that you uploaded Fay's Astrophotography talk to You Tube. I am trying the same with David's Sports Photography talk. I am told that I cannot upload a video that is more than 128Mb and David's was 246Mb. I tried compressing the file, but that ended up with an even larger file in the formats You Tube will accept.
I can split the recording which is a bit of an effort, but I wondered if you had another trick up your sleeve I don't know about.
Pulling my hair out,
