Sorry for the delay. Do try the guide as Ian says. If that fails we can do a 1to1 Zoom meeting so that I can show you using my shared screen.

Part 2, Zoom. If you want I can send an invitation to the meeting which is a simple click and join, I don't think that involves passwords.

One other thought on problems /uploading/downloading, make sure they are jpeg’s and not Raw or large files

could be the size. is there a recommended size? mine are usually quite large

It's best to keep at the same as if for competition, 1400 wide. Then select the 750px button which will correct it to a manageable size.
