I am afraid, due to my cataract, I cannot do nighttime photography, but I hope you all have a great time. I look forward to seeing the results of your trip.

Ebury bridge is an 8 minute walk from Victoria station:

Circled on the mini map is Victoria station.

Edit: I did find the spot where the wall is out of the way, it is on the access road to the British Transport Police.

From here we could go down Warwick way, past Westminster Cathedral, to St James/55 Broadway then perhaps toward Birdcage walk. Will go with the flow.

I'll be travelling via Charing Cross or Cannon Street then the District line to Victoria. Should be there by 3PM.

My mobile number is 07952 943248, if anyone needs me. I'll be using the underground for a bit but will be contactable.

Batteries charged, mini tripod/gorillapod and camera packed.

Ian, I like Battersea Power Station at night and the red train whizzing past (pity this was a week too late for the 'Long Exposures' night).

Chris,

It was good to experiment with camera settings last night. A 2 second exposure gave a good shot of a moving train.

We were joking about the 'schedule' of entering photos for the competitions. Who wants PDI round 3 and Colour print round 3? 🤔

A disappointment was that Westminster Cathedral was not lit up, I wanted to take a few better photos of it.

I did suggest, if there is interest, a potential return in the Christmas to New year break. There are a lot of railway engineering works but Weds 29-Fri 31 December maybe possible.
