Parkwood Camera Club would like to remind you that the Ross Cup 2014 exhibition will be taking place on the 22nd November 2014, the relevant details are noted below.
Exhibition.
All of the images will be on view from 12.30 in the Exhibition Room.
Entries on which the judge will comment will be removed at 2.45pm.
Judge’s Commentary & Announcement of Results.
In the Judging Room, our judge, Marcus Scott-Taggart will comment on selected
prints from 3pm. The winners of the competition will then be announced.
Refreshments.
For those who will be travelling a long way and wishing to get something to eat or drink
before the event starts, the venue whilst not having an on-site café will be able to provide you with food and drink (the menu is attached for your perusal). You are of course welcome to bring along your own packed lunch should you wish to.
The entry fee on the day will entitle those attending to each receive a free hot drink and biscuit.
Catalogue.
A catalogue showing the scores awarded by each print and the judge’s awards will be available upon leaving the event, after the awards and announcements have been made.
Venue.
The event will take place at the Lordswood Leisure Centre, North Dane Way, Chatham, Kent. ME5 8YE. There is disabled access, and all the facilities are on the ground floor.
There is parking for up to 70 cars at the centre, with plenty of unrestricted off road parking within 2 minutes’ walk from the venue.
