KCPA Print Exhibition - Sunday 3rd November 2024

Dear Club Members,

The KCPA are holding a 1 day Print Exhibition 2024.

As a club member you are invited to take part in a 1 day Print Exhibition we are holding at Detling Village Hall, Pilgrims Way, Detling, Maidstone ME14 3EY on 3rd November.  Doors open at 9am and close at 4pm.

The event is free to enter, and each club member may enter up to a maximum of 3 prints.

Do come along to Detling on 3rd November to see all the prints on display and hear the talks that are being put on for our members.

Additional Talk added to 1 Day Print Exhibition. 3rd November, Detling Village Hall.

12. 15 – 12.45
Clive Tanner FRPS MPAGB APAGB - Will be displaying and talking about a selection of prints
that have gained high honours for the relevant photographers. It will be a light hearted
session, running for 30 minutes.

1.15 – 1.45
Roger Force FRPS DPAGB APAGB - Will be giving a talk on Judging.
If you are interested in Judging, thinking of becoming a judge or just want to know more,
please do come along.

14.15 – 14.45
Steve Carroll FRPS DPAGB – Following on from his recent FRPS accreditation. Steve has
decided to go for the MPAGB. His talk will show the 20 prints he hopes to submit for the M.
His talk will also be about the differences between preparing an F panel for the RPS and
preparing an M panel for the PAGB.
They are assessed differently and the requirements of the two organisations are very
different. Steve will talk about those differences. Expected to run for 30 minutes.

15.00 – 15.30
Nicholas Hill LRPS FRPS - Talk title “Reimagined From Above”. A talk on creative drone
photography.
Come along and see the prints that Nick has produced and will be discussing at our KCPA 1
Day Print Exhibition. Looks set to be an interesting talk.

9-11 Doors open for audience to bring their prints along and look around.

3.30 – 4pm Coming along and collect your prints

Talks will take place in Small meeting room at Detling.
