They may not be dust spots but could be meteorites, comets or even aliens.
Good effort, I have been recommended to focus lens on brightest star (could be the North Star) where everything circles around this.

David, it looks like a tropical storm with palm trees. Window and chimney pot is a bit of a giveaway as to location.
