It’s a really lovely shot Fay, where was it taken, as I would love to visit and practice sometime in the future? The joy of having ND filters what a deference they make. I have yet to acquire a set for myself, but now duly inspired by this image I can see I must.

Cheers Peter, FYI the waterfall was taken using the in-camera ND filter during our Whitby holiday

Fay,  Lovely shot of the Aysgarth Falls on the River Ure in the Yorkshire Dales.

Here's a similar one I took at the same place about 4 years ago - 15 second exposure.  There was not much water coming over the falls that day.

I was trying out the live composite mode of my Olympus camera, until 1AM!
Last night was a clear night so these photos were taken looking north from my bedroom.
A straight shot, F2.0, ISO 200, 25mm lens, 2 seconds:

An 18 minute exposure using live composite, F2.0, ISO 200, 25mm lens:

Looking at the second image, I could see a few dust spots, quickly removed in post.

Looks cloudy tonight, so can't try again.
