PC Specialist

Brian K
With the new year looming ahead, I am looking to purchase a new PC laptop from PC Specialist. Does any one have experience with them, either direct or indirect?

Thanks,
Brian

Brian, I used these guys a lot when I was working. We had some real and wonderful requests from customers for bespoke machines. Passed to these guys and they delivered. I never had any problems with them during the time I used them (over two yrs ago now tho). From memory you can build a machine on-line or if in doubt call them for advice

I've used them twice. Once for a bespoke PC work station. Bloody brilliant.
Then a laptop last year.  All good except that I wasn't happy with one thing.  Had to send it back twice, but they fixed it eventually.  All to do with light bleed on the monitor. They weren't used to dealing with the issue.  A normal user wouldn't have bothered, but I was insistent because I was using it for photos. They gave me 3 years unlimited warranty as compensation.
Beside this hiccup I would recommend them.  Great specification at a budget price.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the feedback. I've heard about the light bleed happening over a year ago and not much since, so let's hope that's sorted.

Thanks again,
Brian

You're welcome to try mine out before you buy. If you want I can send you the spec I bought.

Could you please? That'd be nice plus a quick tappy-tap would help too
