Here are some details of a photo competition for those of you that are hardened travellers....
"Hi there,
I hope you don't mind me getting in touch.
Rough Guides are currently running a travel photography competition where the winner will have the chance to be published in its brand new travel photography book. The winning entry will see their image appear on the jacket itself, whilst around 300 other entrants will have the chance to be featured in the book itself.
Below are the prizes on offer for each winner:
First prize – As well as having their photograph featured on the jacket, the winning entrant will receive £2000 (US$2440) of eDreams vouchers and a Rough Guide to a destination of their choosing.
Second prize – The second-place image will appear on the title page (p.1) and receive £650 (US$795) of eDreams vouchers, plus a Rough Guide.
Third prize – The third-place image will appear on one of pages 2–4, receive £350 (US$430) of eDreams vouchers and a Rough Guide.
Twenty runners-up will receive a Rough Guide to a destination of their choice.
