SLF Mono Prints Round 1

The 1st round of the South London Federation mono prints was held at Bromley CC last night.  

The result in a close-run contest was:

Aperture Woolwich PS    58.5
South London PS     68
Carshalton CC   68.5
Bromley CC      69
Orpington PS    69.5

Orpington and Bromley progress to the semi-finals.

Certificates were awarded to Alan Graham (I'm Watching) and Peter Humphrey (Tate Britain Staircase).

The judge was Jeff Penfold, ARPS

Individual scores were as follows:

I'm Watching by Alan Graham = 10
Tate Britain Staircase by Peter Humphrey = 10
Jaguar XK150 by Chris Nash = 9
Holy Trinity Church, Long Melford, Suffolk by Peter Humphrey = 9
The Walkie Talkie by Richard Waterman = 9
Protected by Neil Hobday = 8.5
Looking Cool by Alan Graham = 7.5
Deal Pier by Richard Waterman = 6.5

Total score = 69.5

Another great result, having first looked at the list I thought we were bottom but it got better when realised its reversed order.

Also congrats to Alan and Peter for those certs.
