It was 3.5 degrees but I woke up at 6am and the sun was shining so just got up and went. They were all shot on a telephoto lens which compresses the bluebells making them look more dense than perhaps they are but still a good display. All taken in the first part of the woods just over the bridge.
Nice Bluebell wood at Ide Hill, last week, not sure if still there. Kelsey Park very pleasant, you can park outside on the road or around the corner, this would be chinese garage area entrance
Yes parking on main road (chines garage side) just outside gate is yellow line free with about 6-8 spaces but will be busy later in morning when Mums go to park with babies.
We originally suggested the alternative spot nearer to Beckenham ( check original guide) otherwise try this and meet in park if everyone provides mobiles before entering.
All okay for tomorrow from 10am as per original below unless you fancy taking chance on parking on Stone Park Av. ( see Fay’s thought)
FINALLY, SO NOBODY GETS LOST PLEASE NOTE MY MOBILE NUMBER 07956289224
“Okay - upon checking with Chris N we will meet at far end of Manor Way linked to Greenways at BR3 3LJ or if your using “What3words” it’s ///plots.cats.tins, starting from 10am on Tuesday 11th - we can include those unable to attend on future events that will hopefully follow. “
