Launching in 1965 and attracting 361 entries, today the competition receives almost 50,000 entries from over 90 countries highlighting its enduring appeal. This year’s 100 award-winning images will embark on an international tour that will allow them to be seen by over a million people.

“This is an extremely popular exhibition which appeals to people of all ages. The images show nature at its most fascinating, exciting and thought-provoking. We hope it is going to be a huge attraction to visitors and residents this summer.”
