Please find attached the agenda for the 69th AGM to be held on 25th April 2017.

The document also includes a nomination form should you wish to join the committee.  Copies of the nomination forms will be available on the table at the club meeting from next Tuesday.  Please hand any completed nomination forms to me.

It is traditional that following the completion of the AGM business there will be a chance to have a drink and a chat.

Please can you bring along £1 to cover the cost of the drink/snacks.

Anyone else having trouble viewing the Agenda? I keep getting a message that I need WinRAR to extract the  zip folder?
No problem with opening the minutes......

I can open the folder (which needs software as such as winrar or winzip) but cannot find any word document inside.
