Cessation of activities

PeterH
A correct decision by the committee to cease future meetings. This is in line with many other clubs as evidenced by the KCPA Facebook page. These are extraordinary and worrying times. Stay safe and well everyone and see you all sometime in the future.....

Thank you Peter.

An email is about to go out to all members giving details. We are in contact with the judges for the final competitions. The PDIs will be done remotely and the prints may be sent out to just one judge.

The AGM and election of a new committee may be via the forum.

The end of season meal is also canceled.

I will ask all members to keep an eye on this forum over the coming weeks for advice and some challenges...

It has been a long day...

The prints may be judged in the new season as most have yet to be handed in. We will see what can be arranged but there may be some delay. Watch this space.

This will not come as any surprise, but the annual dinner on Tuesday 28th April has been cancelled.

Members who have paid already will, of course, be repaid.  I am proposing to hold the money as a credit against next season's subscription, but please let me know if you would like your money back earlier.

I'm happy with a credit.
Will it form part of my estate?
