well saw Peter Barry, he said the other side of the river may be better regarding sun, so we went over.

We were very disappointed, in the ship, as no sails down and no canon fire. We had the police boat in the way a lot of the time. It was underwhelming. What did you all think?

Similar disappointment re Canon’s / Sails (no wind) bit of a damp squib with too much sun and crowds - we were flitting from one side to other.

Yes agree Fay.  The lighting was tricky, the ship looked rather flat and dark.  Disappointing that sails were rolled-up and the canons were not fired.  So, I doubt I have any decent images.

I note that Fay and Peter were located on the Tower of London side as we found it very difficult to get sun reflections ideal.

But good to get out....

yes the masts  made the background a busy from our side, because of all the windows etc, but the ship was more lit up. from your side may have been nicer and not so busy with Tower of London in the background. It was the sun that was a nuiscance on your side. It was a bit behind a tree on the north side.
