Some good photos so far.

Barrie, I like your first plant photo with the black background, it's quite effective.
If there is interest, I could look into a presentation on 3d printing. We have a few dates in December when there's no regular club session.

Alan, love the three stages of the flower opening. If they are only 1CM across, the image is bigger than the real flower!

Chris,  like the spider's web. Is there something caught in the bottom left quadrant?

Will try some more macro photos, now I have a setup in my workshop/shed I can use.

Fungi from Keston Ponds and Cyclamen from closer to home

Popped into my back garden to see what I could find. It was a little breezy but on the second attempt, I got this.

Nerine bowdenii aka Bowden lily and friend. The little critter is helping itself to the pollen grains in the anther.

The first one has been cropped to highlight the detail, the second is 'as shot'. No other adjustments have been made.
