What a great result for the club in the SLF PDI competition.
Well done to those who had images in the competition and especially to Alan and Peter with their certificates. Could this be our break-through year? |

I wonder what a SLF judge would make of this...

Has anyone tried photographing through Vaseline?

Yes, it's either very arty or judges wouldn't understand... On Thu, 25 Oct 2018, 11:36 David Barnes [via Orpington Photographic Society Forum], <[hidden email]> wrote: Has anyone tried photographing through Vaseline?

Tonight the OPS went up against Bromley, Cheam, Mitcham, Old Coulsdon and Selsdon in the first round of the SLF Mono Print competition. It couldn't have finished any closer!
Old Coulsdon 67 Orpington 67 Bromley 66.5 Cheam 66.5 Selsdon 64 Mitcham 59 This put us against Old Coulsdon into a tie-break for top spot, we came second. Bromley won against Cheam for 3rd spot. This now means we are in 3 semi finals all being held at West Wickham on Tuesday 12th February 2019. Unfortunately this does clash with our 3rd round PDI competition...
