Keith.  I like your atmospheric shot of the falls.  I am surprised you travelled 400 miles just for this challenge.

To quote the pretenders “I would walk 500 miles and I would walk 500 more”. In truth I drove and its nearer to 560 miles, but for an OPS challenge sometimes you have to go a little bit out of your way.

Barrie, Is that Golden Cap from Lyme Regis?  Needs a bit of de-haze.

It could be “Broadchurch” at West Bay which I have named from well known crime drama, not sure about farthest right - no dehaze on iPad

Just wanted to remined members that you cannot claim expenses for travelling whilst undertaking an OPS challenge. Our club treasurer would never sign the expenses!

I'm enjoying the photos so far, look forward to seeing your selections on the 9th November (bring them in on the night).

Keith,

Looks like the water is rushing past really fast.  Are you having a lot of rain?

Yes we have had some rain every day and even a dusting of snow on the mountain tops yesterday. The water was very fast where this photo was taken and I was perched on a very slippery rock out over the water. Had I gone in, it would have been goodbye from me as a little further down stream there was a 50 meter drop.
