I've got you down for a 6" heavy duty case (£25) + Webbing Handles (£3) + P&P (c£2).

I have ordered the print boxes today.  There were 6 altogether, so P&P will be £2 for each box.

The final prices are:

Bob - 4" box £24 + £3 handles + £2 P&P = £29

Chris S - 5" box £24.50 + £3 handles + £2 P&P = £29.50

Alan G and David B - 6" Box £25 + £3 handles + £2 P&P = £30 each

I will let you know when I have received the cases.
